The 58th Annual General Meeting of Queenscliff Cruising Yacht Club will be held *online via Zoom on Wednesday, 14th October 2020 commencing at 7.00pm.

Members planning to attend the AGM must register prior to the meeting using the above link.  Registrations will close at 5pm on 13th October. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email.  A meeting link will be provided to all registered Members the day before the meeting (i.e. on 13th October).

Membership subscription fees for the 2020-2021 year must therefore be paid in full prior to voting. Non-financial Members at the time that voting opens have until 5pm, Tuesday 13th October 2020 to pay their account in order for their vote to be accepted.

Election of Officer Bearers and General Committee
Nominations were received for the position of Officers of the Club for 2020-2021 and the following are to be duly elected unopposed:

  • Club Captain                     Mike Phelan
  • Hon. Treasurer                  Justin Brenan
  • Hon. Secretary                  Louise Woodley

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Consumer Affairs Victoria permits (if necessary) Clubs and their Members to take part in general meetings using technology, together with a standard and fair voting arrangement, in a manner that may differ from the normal conduct of meetings under the Club's existing constitution.
